Following a successful weekend at RumFest, the family met many people who enjoyed both the story and the taste of Daymark 1683 and were eager to write something about the rum!
Fabio Bacchi, an Italian journalist for Bartales, wrote a large exclusive on Daymark 1683: its origins and influence of the Isles of Scilly. Fabio captured the essence of Daymark 1683 in his article, highlighting that Daymark 1683 is a small batch rum influenced by the archipelago. The Italians were particularly taken by notion of handpicking the samphire from the water edge on St Martin’s.
